Returns Policy
We have a 14-day web order return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For non-website orders we’ll send you a return authorisation slip to include in the packaging, which will contain information on where to send your package and a unique authorisation number. Non-website purchased Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your invoice or proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To start a return, login to our web store and on your order screen you can start a self-return or request one by filling our contact form in.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE REQUEST IS ACCEPTED?
If your return is accepted, we'll send an email confirmation, confirming the address you should post the item to. Please write your web order number inside or on the packaging to allow us to identify the return. Unindentifiable returns will not be processed.
If you are unable to print the authorisation slip, please write the return number RT**** on the packaging clearly for identification. -
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any defects must be reported on day of delivery.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A subsequent refund can be applied when we receive the return.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 25 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 25 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the contact form. -
FEES
A 20% restock fee will apply to all returns outside of the 14 day return time frame. We will only consider returns up to a maximum of 1 year since purchase and if the item is not final sale
