Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 1 working day of you placing an order using [Royal Mail/DPD/Fed Ex/Pallet Delivery Contractor]. Flat rate shipping fee of £10 applies to all regular package size orders (Below £100) shipping to all locations within the UK and Ireland/Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside of UK and Ireland/Northern Ireland at this time.

For large orders (Total weight over 30kg) that require a pallet service delivery and cost below £100, a flat pallet rate shipping fee will apply of £88.

Some posts codes are exempt from the flat rate service and may cost additional.

We currently do not offer international shipping but we plan to implement this in the near future.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. BPC Heat is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt using our Contact Form and include your order number along with a photo of the item’s condition.

All return and damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will always do our best to reach a satisfactory resolution.
