Product Overview
The Profitherm AL multilayer pipe is a high-performance composite pipe designed for underfloor heating (UFH) and low-temperature heating applications. It features a five-layer construction combining the flexibility of polyethylene with the strength and stability of an aluminium core.
Manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 22391, both the inner and outer layers are produced from raised temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), ensuring excellent thermal stability and long-term durability. The aluminium layer is butt-welded and fully encapsulated between adhesive layers, providing complete 100% oxygen impermeability and protecting heating system components from corrosion.
The aluminium core significantly reduces thermal expansion, allowing the pipe to retain its shape during installation and operation, while still remaining flexible enough for easy laying in UFH systems.
